At AVYIA, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care through our ketamine and wellness programs. To ensure transparency and clarity, please review our funds and return policy carefully.
Prescription Medications – No Refunds
Due to federal regulations and safety protocols, AVYIA cannot offer refunds for prescription medications once they have been ordered or dispensed. This includes oral microdosing ketamine tablets, GLP-1 weight loss medications and other compounded prescriptions, which are often filled in 3- to 6-month quantities to support continuity of care. This applies to monthly subscription and multiple-months pre-pay programs.
Once an order has been processed by our partner pharmacy, it is final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the medication has been shipped or opened.
Consultations, Appointments & Services

Telehealth consultations and treatment planning sessions are non-refundable once completed.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling or no-show fee.
Treatment Programs (IV, IM, Intranasal)
If you have prepaid for a series of in-person ketamine treatments (e.g., IV, IM, or intranasal), a partial refund may be available for unused sessions, provided:

You submit a written cancellation request within 14 days of starting treatment.

No medications associated with those sessions have been compounded or ordered on your behalf.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and compliance with our clinical standards.
