AVYIA is both a telehealth and home care provider. We offer comprehensive care through virtual consultations and can mail prescription medications directly to your home. For certain treatments — including ketamine therapy and IV vitamin therapy — licensed professionals will visit your home to perform a full check-up and administer care in person.

Who is AVYIA's medical director?
Dr. Jason Chang, DNP, ARNP-C is a graduate of the University of Washington. He has over 16 years of clinical experience in various specialties, including perioperative anesthesia and medicine, primary care, and in acute care hospital settings. His family’s own struggle with mental health, and his time at the Veterans Affairs revealed the overwhelming need to combat the mental health crisis. He started AVYIA with the hope of better improving the quality of life for patients and their loved ones.

Does AVYIA require insurance?
No, AVYIA does not require insurance.
Most insurances have not yet started reimbursing ketamine or GLP-1 weight loss treatments for mental health. We will assist with checking your insurance to see if coverage or reimbursement is available.
