Once your appointment is schedule, we ask you to create a patient portal account in order to complete a brief medical intake and sign your consent forms. A doctor will review your medical history prior to your appointment.
Expect a nurse to show up at your appointment on time. Your appointment will be approximately 1 hour, and includes a medical assessment, administration of your therapy, education, and monitoring afterwards.
All Ketamine therapies start with a telehealth appointment where a provider will review your medical history, symptoms, and treatment options. You will then be visited by one of our mobile health care providers for initiation of your ketamine therapy. Monitoring, guidance, and follow-ups are all including in the road to recovery. Â
IV nutritional and vitamin therapies will be reviewed by a health care provider prior to your home visit. You will receive skilled care from our mobile health care provider or registered nurse, who will administer your treatment, monitor your progress, and guide you through the infusion process. Â
